How Much Should You Expect to Pay for Your Bridal Tiara
How much should you expect to pay for your bridal tiara? That’s the question on every brides mind when she decides a veil just wont do. I have done the research and i am going to share what i have found. There are several different types of bridal tiaras which i will gladly list for you, explain what each one is specifically and share with you the price ranges of these tiaras.
There is the princess tiara which is of the most common types of bridal tiaras. It is the traditional tiara which resembles a crown and is worn on the top of the head.
The tiara comb, This particular tiara is worn attached to the hair with a comb.
Then we have the bun ring. The bun ring is worn on the back of the hair by a bun. Which then also brings me to the backpiece which is also worn on the back except the bun ring is worn with higher raised hairstyles while the backpiece is more suitable for lower hairstyles such as french twists and lower buns. Bun rings draw the attention mostly to itself while Backpieces are a bit more generous and only highlight your hairstyle.
Next we have V-bands, These are the most restricted type of tiara for the fact that it is only suitable for a person with a longer face. It is worn on the forehead to accent the facial features.
We then have bridal headband tiaras. The headband looks like the princess tiara except the headband serves more purpose, The headband tiara is great for keeping the bride’s hair out of her face. It is usually decorated with rhinestones to give it a glistening effect.
The double headband, It is actually 2 headbands joined together at the ends. It is seen as the most flexible of the tiara types. It can be used in a few different ways being that it can be used as a princess tiara, accessory for buns, and even as a headband itself.
So how much should you expect to pay for your bridal tiara?
Princess Tiara: Ranges anywhere from $10 to $160
Tiara Comb: Ranges anywhere from $1 to $100
Bun Ring: Ranges anywhere from $7 to $30
Backpiece: Ranges anywhere from $1 to $400
V-Band: Ranges anywhere from $10 to $200
Headband: Ranges anywhere from $1.50 to $200
Double Headband: Ranges anywhere from $5 to $98
